In the context of a dispute arising from a road traffic accident, we demonstrated the lack of grounds for satisfying the claim and substantiated the necessity of using insurance mechanisms to compensate for material damages. The court accepted our arguments that moral damage must be substantiated by evidence of emotional or physical suffering, which was not present in this case.
