The client bought a car on credit and insured it under "Cargo." After an accident, the insurance company deemed the car a total loss and agreed to pay only 100,000 KZT, despite actual damages amounting to 7,000,000 KZT. We challenged the insurance company's conclusions, initiated a court-ordered examination, and proved that the car could be restored. The court ordered the insurance company to pay 4,814,000 KZT.
